Selection Rules

  1. Use the headless Atlas artifact as the source of truth.
  2. Use visual renderers when the operator needs topology, ownership, or status at a glance.
  3. Use handoff packets when an agent or implementation team needs the work translated into Database, Automation, Judgment, validation, and stop conditions.
